The Dakota Park House has a beautifully remodeled kitchen with tastefully curated furnishings throughout. Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. There is also a bonus room with a large desk, perfect for working or learning from home. Watch your favorite shows and movies in the open concept living room featuring a large sofa and 55” smart TV. The first floor bathroom includes a clawfoot soaking tub and the second floor second-floor bathroom has a walk-in shower. A second shower is available in the laundry room along with a washer and dryer for guest use. Guests also have access to a large garage space (please note that garage doors must be opened manually from the interior and the garage opening height is 6 feet 6 inches). Soak in the sun or stargaze from a large covered back porch equipped with outdoor dining set and a propane grill. The Dakota Park House sleeps a maximum of six (6) guests (regardless of age). Owners are just a short drive away and are available for any issues or needs.
