Reservations may be made either online or over the phone 719-873-5921. Any person wishing to make a reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
Rates vary by cabin and are subject to change at any time. Reservations made in advance of price changes will be unaffected. Rates do not include state, city, or local sales and/or lodging taxes.
Guests are responsible for any damages and breakage beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, or the need for additional cleaning.
In order to secure a reservation online or over the phone, the deposit amount is due upon booking and will be charged to your card.
For reservations we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A 3.5% convenience fee will be assessed on all credit card bookings over $3,000.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be given for failure to arrive on time, regardless of the reason.

Aspen Ridge Cabins cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, road conditions, equipment malfunctions, injury, or anything else outside of its control; therefore, no refunds will be given for such unfortunate occurrences.
Check In Time
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Arriving early? Call to request an early check-in. Depending on our current occupancy we will try to accommodate you. You must call prior to checking in to confirm.
Check In Procedures
You may go directly to your cabin upon arrival. You will receive a code for the door of your cabin via email prior to your arrival.
Check Out Time
Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Due to the time needed for cleaning, we do not allow late check outs.
In order to make your stay more comfortable, your cabin will be stocked with all necessary linens and a starter supply of soap, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels to get you through the first night. You are responsible for food, drinks, and toiletries.
Daily cleaning service is not provided; it is up to you to maintain the cabin to the same standard you would like someone to keep your home. We ask that you be respectful of the owner and subsequent guests. Departure cleaning service is included.
Things in our cabins can potentially break down, just like anywhere else. Should you encounter such an issue, please report the problem to us and we will seek to make repairs as soon as possible.
Should a cabin become unavailable for any reason outside of our control, you will be reassigned to a comparable cabin.
The mountain region around South Fork, while beautiful, can occasionally be harsh. Our roads are well maintained, but we urge caution during the late fall, early spring, and winter months. We do not guarantee any road maintenance or conditions. We do not refund due to road conditions.
No pets are allowed in Cabins 2 through 5. Up to two (2) dogs are allowed in Cabin 1, Cabin 6, Bristlecone Yurt, and Lodgepole Yurt. An additional $15 per night fee will be assessed per dog. No other species of pet are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside any cabin.
During your stay, please keep in mind that you are a guest of Aspen Ridge Cabins. We ask that you be respectful of the property and of any neighbors you may have. An adult (age 21 or older) must always be on the property if children are present.
The occupancy limit is listed on the reservation of each cabin and is not to be exceeded under any circumstance.
All laws and ordinances are to be observed by all parties on the property.
The renter assumes full responsibility for personal behavior and that of all other guests on the property. Any activity on the property is done at own risk. As such, neither the manager nor the owner of the property is liable for any death, loss, or injury sustained during occupancy. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the registered renter is expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from his or her use of the premises and that all guests of the registered renter are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or illness arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
The renter is responsible for any damages or problems not reported by the renter upon arrival.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Aspen Ridge Cabins is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, damaged, or left behind. If any items are found, however, management would be glad to return at renter’s expense.
Right to Terminate Contract
If the renter or any member of the party violates any terms outlined in this policy, the manager reserves the right to terminate the renter’s contract. The result is then immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Management reserves the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for repairs, care, or management.
